Organization and Operation
Yam Pukri functions under the statute of an association that is directed by a president and managed by a coordinator in charge of administration and finances. There are twelve salaried positions as well as a number of contract positions that support special projects. If occasional collaborators and active members are included in the count, Yam Pukri’s team consists of thirty (and up to fifty) employees.
The staff finds merit in their work through the possibility of progression and each person is responsible for a specific project.

A three story building that is comprised of:
- A conference room
- A computer lab with 30 networked computers
- A cybercafé
- An ICT museum
- A space for web development and video production
- A presidential suite with secretarial reception
- An office for the coordinator/administrator with secretarial reception
- Covered passageways and a staff room
- A recording studio
- A tuckshop
- Two rooms for workshops and training sessions
- Internal and external washrooms
- A space for coffee breaks

- A utility vehicle
Audio video materials such as:
- Five basic cameras
- Two high quality, professional cameras
- Video camera
- Six digital cameras

References and Distinctions
In the past few years, Yam Pukri has received many national and international distinctions for effective work, recognition from the Burkina Faso government for its involvement in NTIC for development and participated in many international conferences, summits and symposiums.
